Acer palmatum ‘Purple Curl’ is one of the most interesting and unique Japanese maples you will ever see. The leaf is shaped like a shirasawanum leaf but with curled edges. The colors of ‘Purple Curl’ are also incredibly unique. ‘Purple Curl’ will have a combination of reds, greens, purples, yellows, and oranges all on the foliage at the same time. This is truly an unusual tree that is quickly becoming one of our favorites.
