The small leaves on this dwarf shrub emerge almost yellow in spring tipped with red edges. In summer foliage turns a nice even green. Fall color is generally orange but sometimes red or yellow. This wonderful little tree was named after Queen Otohime a mermaid queen who ruled a fabled kingdom at the bottom of the sea. The name means little queen and the name is perfect for this little queen of the garden.
