'Sekkan' is a fast growing Japanese cedar in the same tradition as 'Yoshino' but smaller. The great thing about 'Sekkan' is the bright yellow color of the new growth. The upright slightly pyramidal shape, great color and texture make it excellent for either a specimen plant or for screening and a must have for the garden.
