This is a great little prostrate form of dissectum with leaves that have a texture slightly heavier than some other dissectums. Emerging a striking deep red in early spring and then becoming more green with purple edges in late spring before turning mostly green by summer. Fall color is red to orange red. A seedling selection by Antonius Van den Akker it was named in the early 1960's in Bothel, WA.
