Acer japonicum ‘Emmett’s Pumpkin’

‘Emmett’s Pumpkin’ has some of the largest leaves of any Japanese Maple. New leaves in spring emerge yellow green with a bronze overlay. Later the bronze fades leaving the foliage light to medium green for summer. As the temperature cools, the leaves turn varying shades of orange and red.
